“Top Talent Agency” is a London based child acting & Modelling agency. Specializing in child actors and models from toddlers to teenagers, actively promoting our clients for work and castings in TV, Commercials, Theatre, Film and Magazines.

Email or post us 2 photos, one close up (portrait) and one full length preferably. But we will also see holiday shots etc. They don’t have to be professional as we will arrange for a professional shoot if we see potential or your child has what we are looking for.

If sending photos by post, please send a stamped addressed envelope, so that a reply and the photos can be returned.

Include any relevant performing arts experience or training.

Registration Procedure.

Should your child be accepted onto the agency, we would firstly have to have professional industry standard 10x8 photographs done. We take all our folios 'in house' to provide a constant high quality and standardized layout. One main close up portrait shot and a couple of long shot, model-like shots. We therefore have to charge a registration fee that will include:

You may not hear from us for a while, but that does not mean to say that your child is not right. It will probably mean that we already have a similar client on our books already. This ensures we have less quality clients on our books, rather than lots of kids who are not quite ready for professional work. We want to represent only the best talent at our agency, but not only that, our clients must also have the right attitude and be confident enough to go for a casting. Often, casting directors will know if your child is right for a particular role just from their interview.

We may keep your child info on file. If you are successful, you will be invited to one of our audition days. Your child will be asked to prepare a short monologue or scene or even a poem. We may even ask to see them sing a song if they wish to be put forward in Musical Theatre

To ensure we only represent the best talent, we often ask our clients to attend “audition workshop days” that will help with the ins and outs of castings. What to do in a casting and what not to do. We also use these days to help and assist in preparing audition speeches and song choices. We feel this personal approach to our agency is what makes “TOP TALENT” stand out from our competitors. We like to see our clients regularly, to see how they are progressing and also what they look like. Have they changed their hair colour or style etc?

We work extremely hard for our clients. Constantly pushing and striving our clients for bigger things. But we expect our clients to be as equally hard-working and committed

“TOP TALENT AGENCY” is run by Warren Bacci, who is also Artistic Director for Hertfordshire’s leading Stage school: “Top Hat Stage & Screen School”. We understand that if your child is selected to be on our agency, that you may not always be able to attend various castings as well as actual jobs. We employ fully recognized chaperones who are also Police checked.
