“Top Talent Agency” is a London based child acting & Modelling agency. Specializing in child actors and models from toddlers to teenagers, actively promoting our clients for work and castings in TV, Commercials, Theatre, Film and Magazines.
No Agency can really guarantee you work. Once your child’s photograph is circulating it is ultimately up to our clients who they choose for each job. What we do guarantee is the fact that we only take onto our books those who we feel we can successfully place in jobs. After all, it is also our reputation on the line. It is for this reason we have selected only a few people who we really believe in.
No. If you are a model or actor with our agency you have to have your photos on our site. It would be extremely unprofessional of our agency and time-consuming for our clients to be directed to dozens of individual websites to find the right model for the job. In addition, our agency must maintain control over the quality of photos and the manner in which our models our represented. Clients want to book actors quickly from an established and professional agency.

We will contact you if you have been successful in a casting. We will endeavour to get feedback as to why your child may not have got a certain job. Often, it is merely down to the look really. Do they look like the part or not?.
We aren’t charging a fee to join our agency. The registration fee is merely to cover the photographs essentially as these can normally cost between £100-£200 to get done by yourself. By taking lots of children’s photo’s in one day, makes the photographers rate much lower and therefore also for you. The registration fee of £75 also covers entry on our website, which will be our primary tool for getting your child work. This includes a page on our fully searchable website database featuring three different photos per actor. Our website is managed by an independent web design company that is not part of our agency the web design company charges for their services. The same goes for the printer and distributor involved in our casting book. Also, we do not sell advertising on our site which helps us maintain a high level of quality and prevents conflicts between our clients.
Often people hear that you should not pay to go onto an Agency from Adult models and Adult Agencies whose running operation is completely different from the Children’s scene. Adults are regularly sent on go sees and castings - in other words they hawk themselves around town to introduce themselves to photographers and magazine editors at their own expense. They have to be on the scene and be seen constantly. Children's agents on the other hand organise set auditions and can also pay an audition fee. Mainly for photographic castings. Clients will also be less inclined to work with an Agency who does not supply a high quality, well presented Casting Book containing photographs of their Actors and Models. At TOP TALENT, we will be sending up to 1,500 Model Books to clients each year, ensuring your child is seen by everyone in the business. Our registration fee also covers your entry and page in the casting directory.
We use a variety of highly respectable and expereinced photographers for all our portfolio days. You will be emailed the photos for your own use and you can also purchase prints of the shoot for you to keep. We take all our folios 'in house' to provide a constant high quality and standardized layout.
